Warranty Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: May 5, 2026

At JAYCO Technologies, we stand behind our workmanship and the quality of our devices. This policy outlines the protections provided to you and the responsibilities required to maintain your coverage.

1. Scope of Coverage

Our warranty is designed to protect you against functional and manufacturing defects only. This includes internal hardware failures that occur during normal and intended use of the device.

2. Validity Requirements

To process any warranty claim, the following conditions must be met:

  • Documentation: You must present the original purchase invoice and a properly filled warranty card.

  • Warranty Seal: The physical warranty seal on the device must be 100% intact. If the seal is broken, tampered with, or altered in any way, the warranty is strictly void.

  • Authorized Service: Warranty services are provided exclusively through JAYCO Technologies authorized service centers. Repairs performed by third parties will immediately terminate your coverage.

3. Exclusions & Void Conditions

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from external factors or user-mishap, including but not limited to:

  • Physical Damage: Dents, scratches, cracked screens, or structural bends.

  • Liquid Ingress: Any exposure to moisture, spills, or submersion.

  • Misuse: Damage caused by using incompatible accessories, power surges, or software modifications (rooting/jailbreaking).

  • Unauthorized Access: Warranty is void if the device has been opened or serviced by anyone other than our certified technicians.

4. Repair and Replacement Terms

  • Right to Repair: The company reserves the primary right to repair or replace only the specific defective parts.

  • Equivalent Replacement: If a repair is not possible due to the unavailability of parts, JAYCO Technologies may, at its discretion, replace the device with an equivalent unit of similar specifications and condition.

  • Timeline: The warranty period remains fixed and commences from the original purchase date stated on your invoice.

5. Data & Privacy Warning

JAYCO Technologies is not responsible for any data loss. Hardware diagnostics and repairs often require system resets or component replacements that can erase stored information. It is the customer's sole responsibility to back up all data, photos, and settings before submitting a device for service.
