We take immense pride in the quality of our devices. Because every unit undergoes our rigorous 30-Point Hardware Integrity Check and is accompanied by a detailed diagnostic report, we do not accept returns or exchanges once a sale is finalized.

  • Final Sale: All purchases are considered final. We encourage customers to review the diagnostic reports and device grading thoroughly before completing a purchase.

  • Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds or exchanges for changes of mind or personal preference once the device has been delivered.

  • Technical Issues: If your device experiences a functional defect after purchase, please refer to our Warranty Policy to initiate a repair or service claim. Our warranty is designed to ensure your device performs as promised, even though we do not offer returns.



Damaged on Arrival

In the rare event that a device is physically damaged during transit:

  • You must report the damage to our support team within 2 hours of delivery.

  • Clear photos of the packaging and the device damage must be provided.

  • Reports made after this window will be governed by our standard physical damage exclusions.



Why we don't offer returns:
