We stand behind every phone we sell. If it doesn't match the listing, or you're not satisfied within 30 days, we'll take it back and refund you in full.
You have 30 days from the delivery date to initiate a return for any reason.
Refunds are issued via bank transfer or cash — whichever you prefer. We do not hold back any amount unless the phone was damaged by the customer.
The phone must be returned in the same condition it was received. Normal handling is fine — but phones with new physical damage after delivery cannot be fully refunded.
