What is not covered

• Physical damage caused after purchase (cracked screens, dents, drops)
• Water or liquid damage after purchase
• Software issues, jailbreaking, or flashing custom firmware
• Cosmetic wear consistent with normal use (micro-scratches, minor scuffs)
• Theft or loss
